Caitlin Miles
Caitlin Miles is a PhD candidate with the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food at Monash University and a senior paediatric dietitian at Monash Children’s Hospital where her clinical speciality and research focus is Cystic Fibrosis. Caitlin has been the recipient of numerous clinician research awards, grants and fellowships and an invited speaker at both national and international conferences including the European Cystic Fibrosis Conference, the Australasian Cystic Fibrosis Conference and Australasian Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Conference. Caitlin’s PhD topic is ‘early life nutrition in the CFTR modulator era’ where she aims to explore and observe nutritional practices, experiences and outcomes in infants and young children receiving highly effective genetic modulator therapy, including the potential for exocrine pancreatic restoration.
