Lilly Liu

Lilly Liu is a New Zealand–registered and practising dietitian with a passion for advancing understanding of pancreatic and metabolic health. She has been conducting research focusing on fat in the pancreas for nearly three years and has authored six peer-reviewed publications examining the relationships between fatty pancreas, lipid metabolism, and cardiovascular disease. Lilly is also a recipient of the Health Research Council of New Zealand's Clinical Research Training Fellowship, and her work aims to advance the understanding of ectopic fat deposition of the pancreas and its clinical implications.
